Is the Al-Quaeda threat against Seniora’s government a March 14 inside job?

According to Hezbollah’s Al-Manar T.V station, the fax number that was used by Al-Quaeda to threaten the Seniora government was the same number as that of the Army’s I.T department in (Sunni) Akkar. Almanar also noticed that the Statement does not follow a typical Al-Quaeda format, since Al-quaeda usually uses the internet and always starts with {bismillah al rahman al rahim}

This should be investigated further because if that is correct, I know I’ll lose plenty of trust in March 14 myself.
