Effort To Boycott Placebo Concert Because They Played In Israel

People are have been raving about the upcoming Placebo concert in Beirut. But others are starting a boycott campaign. The reason?

We are Placebo fans who are disappointed that Placebo last night played in Israel (Occupied Palestine). This is a call to boycott their concert in Lebanon and for all who want to boycott have every right to get their ticket money back. Legally Placebo can’t and shouldn’t enter Lebanon according to the Lebanese law. If you join this event then you are stating that you refuse to pay money to watch anyone that makes life easier for Israelis that are killing the children and women and men of Gaza every second of the day.

Too much posturing for my taste, but I guess this is how people protest nowadays.
