(Part 2) That Damned Confusing Blue Line

The Israelis have released the aerial photograph below. Take it with a grain of salt of course, but remember, the UN said that the incident happened on the Israeli side. The beige (hardly visible) dotted line is supposed to be the security fence that the Israelis crossed to remove the tree.
