Israeli Soldier Who Fought In 2006 Visited Beirut Later As a British Citizen
August 25, 2010 · Mustapha Hamoui
He’s now a journalist. He told his story to Michael Totten:
No one he met in Lebanon knew where he was from. Everyone thought he was British. And no one in Israel but his friends and colleagues knew he went back to Lebanon on his own.
He took pictures, spoke to people and had a lot of fun. The kicker? He has a book coming out about this.
Of course, this is not the first time this happened. Lisa goldman, a blogger, pulled that trick before. But the fact that he was a soldier would surely give many in Lebanon cause for headache.
