A Facebook Group Is Now a Valid Subject For Daily Star Articles

A case can be made that if a Facebook group has more than 3,500 members, it becomes a valid topic for a newspaper article (I’m sure many towns in Lebanon have less than 3,500 people, and those do get articles) especially if it expresses the country’s zeitgeist.
But the Daily Star’s online edition stubbornly refuses to add links to its website. So if you’re interested in that group, you’ll have to read the article, search for the group’s name, look it up and then join it.
