“100% Fool Proof”

An ISF official explains why Lebanon’s new speed radars are unbeatable:

“We have thought of all the contingencies and our radars are 100 percent foolproof. We are using the latest German-made models, which are known for their efficacy and high rate of accuracy. All our radars are mobile so there is no way to tell where they are and they are totally undetectable. Even the most expensive GPS tracking systems are incapable of locating the position of the thousands of radars.”

In other words, stop wasting your time with silly gizmos, online databases and phone apps. You’ll never be able to beat a thousand mobile radars. It seems the notoriously reckless Lebanese driver has finally found his match ( unless he’s a VMOMP of course.)
