Sorry Ma’am, You Can’t Take A Picture Of That Christmas Tree

Sietske is angry:

the weirdest things are not allowed in this place [Lebanon]. I can throw my housekeeper off the balcony without so much as a visit to the police station, triple park and block the entire traffic flow during rush hour, or buy under-the-counter-counterfeit DVD’s over the counter, but boy, once you start taking pictures of things, some pretty weird rules come out of the closets.

She was angry because a security guy in ABC told her she can’t take a picture of their Christmas tree. Can you believe this? The good news is that not only did she take the picture, but she published it (twice!) for the whole world to see.
