Restrictions should be placed on sales of land from one sect to another, Labor Minister Butros Harb said Wednesday. The minister said he intends to prepare draft legislation that would limit the sale of lands from one Lebanese sect to another.
And Butros Harb is supposed to be one of the sane guys.
