The Syrian ambassador wants Lebanon to take legal action against a Lebanese MP, Jamal Jarrah because his name was brought up in a TV “confession” by a Syrian dissident who said Jarrah (i.e the Future Movement) financed him.

In other words, the Syrians are asking us to remove legal immunity from a Lebanese member of parliament based on the “evidence” of a TV confession that may or may not be extracted under duress.

Not funny at all..
